Startup Package Terms
By this contract, {Payer} agrees to make payments to Buzzfish Media LLC., hereafter known as “Lender,” by the following schedule in exchange for {Services rendered}. This payment schedule is enforceable by law, and the methods described below will be use in cases of delinquent payment.
By this agreement, it is agreed that a payment of agreed through authorization form will be surrendered to the Lender every 1st of the Month until the total of Term required, which is 12 complete payments, has been delivered. After completion of the agreed terms billing will resume at normal prices for selected services. If price change occurs to services during the terms of the agreement Buzzfish Media LLC. will honor the original price of service as applicable.
These payments include any interest and other charges that may apply.
This agreement is binding, and failure to meet its terms will allow the Buzzfish Media LLC. to to take certain recourse. Late payments will incur a fee of {$20}. Insufficient payment and bounced checks will incur a fee of {$20}. If payment should not be delivered at all, Buzzfish Media LLC. will be entitled to {Remove Website and Digital Content from Hosting Services and results in forfeiture of said content and website}.
In addition, the following terms and conditions apply: {Buzzfish Media LLC. will provide services agreed to based on selected service plan}.
{Payer} Has option to pay in full remaining balance of services to terminate agreement and retain Content and Website, Client retains all products used for design and build of site but forfeits licenses used for updates. If agreement is terminated by {Payer} discounts will be forfeited and charges will be prorated biased on original costs and price of service.
By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to this agreement can only be made by both parties and must be placed in writing. Both parties will receive a printed copy of this agreement, and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
